Porridge oats (3 dessert spoons is about right amount) Small banana thinly sliced Root ginger (approx 3cmx1cm- more or less according to taste) thinly sliced or grated 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp Maca powder (energy booster) 1 tsp Cinnamon powder 1 tsp Tumeric 1/2 tsp Chia seeds 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Soak porridge oats overnight- cover with water, when oats soak up all the water add milk of your choice! Leave in fridge
Add following before eating, to give lovely flavours and textures : Goji berries Cacao nibs Buckwheaties Hemp seeds Sunflower seeds Pumpkin seeds Sesame seeds Chia seeds Desiccated coconut
