1 cup organic almonds soaked in water for at least eight hours 4 cups water Agave nectar or honey (optional) to taste (I use 1 tsp) 1tsp cinnamon powder (optional to taste) Small pinch of Himalayan salt
If you're not in a hurry and are patient - peel all the soaked almonds first. If not, just chuck them into a blender with the water- Vitamix is ideal and blend, blend, blend!
Pour through a Nut Mylk bag, put liquid back into blender with agave or honey and/or cinnamon and blend together.
You can save pulp in freezer to make something else with later.
